This is from our latest trip to Gilboa Quarry. I believe that you will enjoy these.

One of the prettiest sights that you can see. This is the sun coming down with a small wall of rock that levels off about 6 ft from the surface while we were at 35 or 40 feet.

What the dive area looked like prior to going in. Keep in mind this is the beginning of January in Ohio.

This is me getting ready to go in my drysuit.

And my somewhat crazier dive buddies getting into their wetsuits! Might I add that they were the only ones in the quarry in wetsuits on this day?

When divers commit to temporary insanity. The water is 39 degrees. By the way, the person taking the picture (me) is already in the water.

Chris on his back waiting for Morgan to come in. (Morgan had to abort the dive before submerging due to faulty gear.)

Visual evidence of the water conditions. This thermometer is about 50 ft. down by some driveway tubes stacked for an obstacle course of sorts.

Somebody must have left him down here to bless those of us who do this. I'll take all the help that I can get.

Chris, my dive buddy, emerging from one of the tubes.

After a long dive, I could use something to drink!

Sometimes that leads here, though!
